		<description>Great post Ben! I especially enjoyed the part about education and motivation. School is much more than learning how to learn it should be about practical application of that knowledge. 

I also couldn&#039;t agree more about not guessing and KNOWING what your customers want. Not knowing because of lack of information is not possible in my opinion. Do a twitter search like you mentioned, use Facebook to crowd source and join blogs and forums on your niche. The members of these are all potential customers so the more you know and participate the more likely you are to make a sale.</description>
