Listening is the key to success. There is a reason we have two ears and one mouth. Listen twice as much as you talk is a point that has helped me more than once.

Creating two way conversations can be tough with some social media because of all the &quot;noise&quot; that comes with any next big thing. A great way is start small and offer value. The store associates you discussed seemed to have done that when they talk with you.

You idea of open communication was spot on. If they can&#039;t trust you they won&#039;t do business with you. Period. Keep up the great work!</description>
